Insurance
We accept all insurances and participate with a number of major insurance plans. Our billing specialists can assist you to determine the specific coverage your plan provides. At Comprehensive Sleep Care Center, we realize one of your main concerns about your care may be as to how it relates to your insurance coverage or if you may not have insurance coverage, what will be the cost of your care.
In order to best assist you, our billing specialist will verify your insurance coverage and sleep health benefits with your insurance provider to determine your coverage benefits. We will let you know either prior to or at your consultation as to what your insurance will cover and what may be your personal financial responsibility, for example your copay fee or any deductible amount that may have not been met at time of service.
Please bring a copy of your insurance card and a photo ID to your first appointment to help our staff file insurance claims for your services.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We accept all insurances and participate with a number of major insurance plans. Our billing specialists can assist you to determine the specific coverage your plan provides. Most, if not all, insurance policies cover the initial consultation with our physicians, and most, if not all, as determined by medical necessity guidelines cover a significant portion of sleep testing and treatment for sleep disorders.
Billing and Payment
When you visit our sleep health center, we will collect the co-pay required by your insurance contract. After your visit, we’ll submit a claim to your insurer and work diligently on your behalf to ensure the claim is paid. Once we have received insurance reimbursement, we will bill you for any remaining balance as to your responsibility and will send a billing statement to your home address.
Payment in full is due when the statement is received. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Self-Pay Patients
Your quality of sleep is our prime concern. If you do not have health coverage or we do not participate with your insurance plan, we are happy to assist you in managing this process. Payment Plans
We offer in-house payment plans to patients who may need assistance with balances.
