A-STEP Tuition Reimbursement Policy
- Purpose
- The purpose of Comprehensive Sleep Care Center’s (CSCC) Tuition Reimbursement Policy is to support the professional growth and development of students by providing financial assistance for CSCC’s A-STEP Program. This policy outlines the criteria, procedures, and guidelines for requesting and receiving tuition reimbursement.
- Eligibility Criteria
Students are eligible for tuition reimbursement if they meet the following criteria:

- The student successfully completes the CSCC A-STEP Course, including passing the A-STEP Final Exam.
- Within 90 days of completing the CSCC A-STEP Course, the student applies for, is offered, and accepts a full-time Sleep Technician Trainee position with CSCC.
- Reimbursement Amount
- CSCC will reimburse the student 50% of the cost of the A-STEP Course tuition.
- Submission/Approval Process
To request tuition reimbursement, students must follow these steps:

- Complete the CSCC A-STEP Course Tuition Reimbursement Form.
- Attach a copy of the CSCC A-STEP course tuition receipt.
- Email request to the address provided on the Tuition Reimbursement Form.
- The HR Manager will review the A-STEP Course Tuition Reimbursement Request Form for completeness, and assure the request meets Eligibility Criteria.
- The student will be notified within 2 weeks of acceptance or denial. If denied, the HR Manager will give details as to why the request was denied.
- Reimbursement Process
- Reimbursement will be processed within 30 days after submission of the CSCC A-STEP Tuition Reimbursement Form.
- Reimbursement will be processed within 30 days after submission of the CSCC A-STEP Tuition Reimbursement Form.
- Repayment Agreement
- As a condition of the CSCC A-STEP Course tuition reimbursement, the student has accepted a Sleep Technician Trainee position with CSCC, and has agreed to remain employed for a minimum of 1 year. If the now employee leaves the company voluntarily within 1 year, they will be required to repay 50% of the tuition reimbursement amount, or, a prorated portion of the reimbursement based on the number of months remaining, whichever is greater.
- Policy Changes
- CSCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this tuition reimbursement policy at any time.
