Sleep is as essential to our lives as eating, drinking and breathing. When we lack the proper amount of sleep or when our sleep quality is poor, our bodies do not have the time to perform vital reparative and restorative functions. This lack of high-quality sleep over time has a negative impact not only on basic cognitive functions, but also on our physical health. As a provider, I believe in a patient centered approach. My goal is to listen to my patients’ questions and concerns and work together to develop a treatment plan that best suits their needs and lifestyle. Ultimately, I want to help my patients live up to their full sleep potential – and of the health benefits that come from a good night’s rest!
