Tuition and Registration
The introductory course total is $3500, which includes the $500 registration fee, the cost of the 80-hour Introductory Course, additional resources, and the cost of the A-STEP final exam given on the last day of the course. Students are required to bring their own laptop for any on-line learning and final exam.
Student Acceptance and Payment
Applicants will receive notification of their acceptance or denial into the A-STEP Program within 30 days of submitting a complete application. Upon acceptance, students will be sent an Acceptance Packet via email. To secure their spot, students must complete and return all forms in the packet to the CSCC A-STEP Administrator by the return date in their acceptance packet (5 business days). Tuition is paid after the acceptance packet has been signed and returned to the program administrator and is due no later than eight weeks before the course begins. For students applying to and accepted to the program less than 8 weeks before the course begins, tuition will be due upon acceptance to the course. Please note that the $500 registration fee is non-refundable.
To ensure timely processing, applications are handled in the order they are received, and only complete applications will be considered. A complete application includes online registration, all required supporting documents, and the $500 registration fee. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Cancellation Policy
At Comprehensive Sleep Care Center, we strive to provide a valuable learning experience for all students enrolled in our A-STEP course. In order to ensure that we can effectively manage our resources and accommodate all students, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Payment Terms
- Registration payment is non-refundable.
- Full payment for the A-STEP program is required 8 weeks prior to the start date of the course.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Students who cancel their enrollment more than 8 weeks before the course start date will receive a full tuition refund, minus a processing fee of $250.00.
- Students who cancel their enrollment between 4 to 8 weeks before the course start date will receive a 50% tuition refund of the total course fee.
- Students who cancel their enrollment within 4 weeks of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Students wishing to transfer their enrollment to a future session must notify us at least 4 weeks before the course start date they are currently enrolled in. Transfers are subject to availability.
- In the event that Comprehensive Sleep Care Center cancels the course for any reason, students will have the option to be rescheduled into a future class or to receive a full refund of the course fees, excluding the non-refundable registration fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
How to Cancel
To cancel your enrollment, please send a written notice to [email protected] including your name, contact information, and details of your registration.
Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the A-STEP Course, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this cancellation policy.
